Worrying about our kids isn't a flaw, it's part of how we protect them. But that worry gets a lot louder when it's measured against other families: the kid on travel sports teams, the friend who's child is loading up on AP classes, the family posting from their third vacation this year. It's easy to see those things and wonder if our own kids (and we ourselves) are falling behind. In this session, Certified Parent Coach Vashti Summervill will help parents tell the difference between anxiety that's doing its job and anxiety that's just noise, amplified by comparison.
