The transition into young adulthood often brings shifting roles, new challenges, and important questions for families. Join Vashti Summervill, Certified Parent Coach, founder of the Resilient Parents Peer Support Group, and owner of Family Healing Pathways, for a practical and supportive discussion on navigating this stage.
With a background in education and specialized training in parent coaching, mindfulness-based stress reduction (MBSR), and youth mental health, Vashti offers a compassionate, grounded perspective. Her work focuses on helping parents strengthen connection, communication, and resilience during times of change.
This session will provide practical strategies, helpful insights, and space for reflection.
